Subscriptions and Billing

Dealer accounts require an active subscription. If a dealer subscription expires, all associated listings are automatically set to inactive and will not be visible to buyers until the subscription is renewed.

Listings and Content

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their listings. All photos, descriptions, pricing, and claims are provided by the seller and not verified by the platform.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction. This includes verifying vehicle condition, ownership, pricing, and compliance with local laws.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform to post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings, attempt to bypass platform safeguards, or engage in any activity that disrupts the operation of the site.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable laws, or platform rules, with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is not liable for any loss, damage, dispute, or issue arising from interactions or transactions between users. All transactions occur at the users’ own risk.
